"Well, Actually" is a meme popular among the listenership of Buzz Out Loud. It's most commonly used to correct an error made during the show. As the show progressed, "Well, Actually" became less of a way to begin a sentence. Frequently, callers will refer to their corrections as a "Well, Actually" as though it is a noun. The hosts will commonly say something like "we are gonna get a well actually for this" after they say something they think is wrong.
