On today's show, Podfather Adam Curry joins us for gloves-off battles about everything from whether Apple should put out the iPhone for Verizon (Adam says no) to what Nokia used to produce (boots, turns out), and just what exactly is wrong with Nokia. So let me get this straight, now while I’m playing on my iPhone, on my limited 3G data plan, I’m expected to click on these ‘fun’ iAds that devour my 200 MB of data at an alarming rate? I think not. Doesn’t this seem counterproductive to the iAds future success? Once people start going over and realize that the cute little Toy Story iAd they clicked on just cost them $10, they’ll never click an add again. Luckily, I have an unlimited data plan on my 3GS, and don’t plan on changing it, afterall, I stream the BOL video podcast every day of the week, and this quickly puts me over 2GB/month : ) That’s how much I….. love the show.
